Can you imagine getting paid to create off the wall, goofy, strange type of weird humor? Well, Seth MacFarlane can imagine exactly that scenario. Seth MacFarlane is the writer and co-creator of Family Guy and American Dad on Fox. I’m assuming that some of you have heard of these shows that come on the air after lots of football on a Sunday evening.

If you have never watched a single episode of these 2 TV shows, I would encourage you to do just that. The only reason I have decided to indirectly promote these TV shows are to inspire and show you that you really can get paid for having fun and thinking just as weird as you feel like.

What you can do is take what is inside of your head that brings you great pleasure and come up with a plan about how your going to explore that idea and then show it to others to make their life a little happier. In the above example about Seth, it shows how he is able to put something down on paper from his imagination. Then he is putting it together with animation and creating something for millions of people to watch, laugh and be entertained with.

Seth has just recently signed a 100 million dollar deal with Fox to keep these shows on the air until 2012. This makes him the highest paid writer in world history for the moment. If you do something that you naturally have a passionate skill to do, it will have a much greater time of becoming something you can live your life being the master of. It is sometimes a matter of having others help you figure out how your going to take what your skilled at and put something together that will put a smile on many faces to come.
